Well, Orthodox Christmas has passed and that means only one thing: we have officially run out of valid excuses to keep our Christmas decorations up! Ramsay helped NewMama in the ceremonial "de-ornamenting" of the tree, and supervised my "de-lighting" of the outside of the house. This included putting away dox-elf - our new doxie lighted Christmas lawn ornament, with whom dogbert spent some quality time before he was stored for the year.

Clean-up time is also our opportunity to look over wonderful holiday cards once more before they are put away for good. At the top of our list are cards from two of our favorite fellow doxie-bloggers, firstyouleap (featuring celestial Jeeves), and kalyxcornucopia (featuring our buddy Baxter). Thanks to all who sent us some snail-mail Christmas love! There is nothing as heartwarming as getting cards in the mail!
